Overview #
Every Fatsale AI website automatically receives a platform website domain, for example:
site-xxxx.fatsale.cc
You can use this domain to open your website immediately. If you want to bind your own purchased domain, such as www.example.com, contact Fatsale support. We will help you finish the DNS setup and server-side binding.
1. Buy a domain #
You can buy a domain from any domain registrar, for example:
- Cloudflare Registrar
- Namecheap
- GoDaddy
- Alibaba Cloud / Tencent Cloud / Huawei Cloud
When choosing a domain:
- Prefer a short name that is easy to remember.
- Common suffixes such as
.com,.io,.app, and.xyzare usually easier for users to recognize. - Make sure you can manage DNS records for the domain.
2. Find the platform domain #
- Open Fatsale Tools.
- Go to
My Websites. - Find the website card you want to open.
The Bound domain area on the card shows the current platform website domain, for example:
site-xxxx.fatsale.cc
This domain can be used directly to visit your generated website.
3. Bind your own domain #
If you want visitors to use your own domain, such as www.example.com, click Bind domain on the website card and contact Fatsale support.
Please send support:
- The website name or platform domain
- The domain you want to bind, such as
www.example.com - Your domain provider, such as Cloudflare, Namecheap, Alibaba Cloud, or Tencent Cloud
Support will tell you which DNS record to add and will complete the server-side binding.
4. Common DNS setup #
In most cases, you will add a CNAME record in your DNS provider:

If you want to bind the root domain, such as example.com, the provider may call it CNAME Flattening, ALIAS, or ANAME. If you are not sure, bind www.example.com first.

Can I use the platform website domain directly? #
Yes. site-xxxx.fatsale.cc is generated automatically and can open your website directly.
Can one website bind multiple domains? #
Yes. A single website can bind multiple custom domains, such as example.com, www.example.com, and token.example.com. Please contact support for help.
What if I do not know how to configure it? #
Contact Fatsale support. Send us your domain provider, the website you want to bind, and the domain you want to use. We can help you finish the setup.
